For anyone thats burnt their fingers making cabbage rolls you will appreciate this quick and easy method to achieve almost the same thing.
chop head of cabbage and layer bout 2 inches in bottom of roaster
brown 2 lbs of grnd beef and onions
layer onto chopped cabbage.....shake on a couple cups of minute (uncooked) rice
layer another inch or two of chopped cabbage
pour on 2 or 3 cans of tomato soup and about 1 can of water.....toss into oven at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.....and you have an easy quick version of cabbage rolls (holopchi) Only problem is....its a heck of a lot more tasty!
